Background

ASW recently completed works on this framework as one of eight framework contractors on the Residential Contractors Framework (2012 until 2016), throughout Carmarthenshire delivering the following works:

Project Details

Planned CHS Kitchens, Bathrooms, Central Heating and Rewires,
Void Maintenance and Disabled Adaptations.
Key Framework elements include:
Target Cost developed for each individual property tracked via individual property valuations.
Peer Reviews (where framework partners carry out post inspection reviews of each other’s completed works and the data is shared be-tween all partners to facilitate continuous improvement).
Working to a common set of rates agreed at framework commencement.
Strong emphasis on delivering Community Benefits

EWI (External Wall Insulation)
All kitchen, bathroom, central heating and electrical rewires were carried out in occupied properties. The project team delivers almost 250 projects per annum. Resources are available to increase capacity due to the multi-skilled nature of our operatives.
