We appointed ASW as our East Area Reactive and Void Maintenance contractor in August 2017, carrying out repairs to over 5000 of our General Needs, Extra Care, and Student Accommodation properties. ASW were extremely efficient in its mobilisation of the contract, including the integration of their I.T system with our Housing Management software. ASW also undertake our Fire Risk Assessment remedial works and our Electrical compliance testing programme. ASW have proven to be a very proactive and professional company in its service delivery to our tenants.
