We appointed ASW as our East Area Reactive and Void Maintenance contractor in August 2017, carrying out repairs to over 5000 of our General Needs, Extra Care, and Student Accommodation properties. ASW were extremely efficient in its mobilisation of the contract, including the integration of their I.T system with our Housing Management software. ASW also undertake our Fire Risk Assessment remedial works and our Electrical compliance testing programme. Newydd Housing Association (1974) Ltd have engaged the services of ASW Property Services Ltd for over 4 years, initially for a three year period working on our Valleys stock but more recently, ASW were successful with their tender to undertake the full suite of responsive repairs and void repairs for both our Vale and Valleys stock, which consists of approximately 2300 properties.
