Electricians
Due to continued and steady growth ASW Property Services are currently seeking Time Served Electricians who are able to install, maintain, repair and test electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in various settings to our Social Housing and Commercial Clients.
You will carry out high quality repairs and installations to our clients premises based through out the Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Neath and the valleys, Cardiff and Newport areas. The ideal candidate will require 5 years minimum experience and own tools.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, repair and test electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Perform general electrical maintenance
- Inspect electrical installations and controls
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
- Ensure compliance with British standards and regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and construction workers on site
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship
- Is qualified to 18th edition qualified, ideally with a relevant inspection and testing qualification.
- Be positive in their approach to work
- Be punctual at all times
- An ability to work on own initiative
- Good communicator
- IT skills use of hand held device
