Multi Skilled Tradespersons
Due to continued and steady growth ASW Property Services are currently seeking a Time Served carpenters, plumbers, roofers and floor layers who are able to carry out other multi skilled duties when required to our Social Housing Clients.
Operatives will carry out high quality repairs to our clients premises based through out the Swansea, Neath and the valleys areas. The ideal candidate will require 5 years minimum experience and own tools.
Applicants will need to carry out a wide range maintenance repairs such as carpentry and basic plumbing, tiling etc etc.
The ideal candidate will have : –
- Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship
- Reactive Maintenance experience
- Be able to carry out small repairs to other trades such as plumbing, carpentry , tiling and floor repairs
- Be positive in their approach to work
- Be punctual at all times
- An ability to work on own initiative
- Good communicator
- IT skills use of hand held device
