Supervisor
Due to ongoing growth, ASW Property Services is seeking experienced Supervisors to oversee our social housing maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in construction or property maintenance, with strong leadership skills and a focus on quality and safety.
Supervisors will be responsible for coordinating trades, ensuring works are completed to high standards, and managing materials and labor to meet project specifications. They will also oversee health and safety compliance and liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure labour and materials are organised and ordered in advance to meet project timelines.
- Ensure that projects meet their target completion dates.
- Verify that all materials and workmanship conform to project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules and programme as needed.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report on project status, issues, and delays to management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have : –
- Proven experience in construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret client requirements and specifications.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship
- Reactive, planned and Void Maintenance experience
- Be positive in their approach to work
- Be punctual at all times
- An ability to work on own initiative
- Good communicator
- IT skills use of hand held device or laptop
