I worked as the Employer’s Agent on a project delivered by ASW which involved retrofit design and assessments. The project was undertaken under a Design and Build (D&B) contract, which ASW administered very efficiently. There was clear communication throughout, and no ambiguity regarding variations or what they were contractually entitled to claim.
ASW maintained regular communication with both the tenants and the Housing Association, ensuring that all stakeholders were kept informed throughout the project.
They were highly proactive and consistently provided the required information in a timely manner. The project team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, and the works progressed extremely smoothly from start to finish.
I would have no hesitation in recommending ASW as a contractor for similar works.
