Newydd Housing Association (1974) Ltd have engaged the services of ASW Property Services Ltd for over 4 years, initially for a three year period working on our Valleys stock but more recently, ASW were successful with their tender to undertake the full suite of responsive repairs and void repairs for both our Vale and Valleys stock, which consists of approximately 2300 properties.
During this time, we have always found ASW to very responsive and approachable to our needs, with a clear commitment to continuous improvement. This is supported by the developments we have made with electronically linking our computer systems for the issuing, completing and invoicing of works, but also the requirement for the Association to establish a repairs by appointment system, at this first point of contact.
I consider ASW to be a reliable reactive contractor who we have also found to provide very friendly and constructive feedback whilst dealing with administrative queries. We have also recorded that ASW employees have a professional approach to their work and a clear commitment to providing excellent customer service.
