Unveiling new venture ASW-Lloyd Energy Services

Here at ASW Property Services we are delighted to unveil an exciting new venture that will see us partner with an experienced engineer to provide specialist energy solutions and services to domestic, commercial and public sector clients.

New business ASW-Lloyd Energy Services will be a joint venture between ourselves and Julian Lloyd, a specialist in energy solutions – especially technology linked to renewable energy.

ASW-Lloyd Energy Services will offer a range of energy services including plumbing, heating and boiler installations and maintenance. We will also offer a range of more specialist renewable energy solutions including air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, photovoltaic and solar panels, biomass boilers and smart meters.

The directors of the venture will be Anthony Thomas, our managing director, and Julian, an experienced engineer who started his own successful business in 2015. The partnership will be complemented by Bleddyn Harris, a highly skilled and experienced oil, gas and air conditioning engineer who has worked in the heating industry for almost 40 years.

Anthony Thomas said:

“We are delighted to be unveiling this exciting venture, which brings together an experienced team of engineers well versed in energy solutions and able to offer cutting-edge renewable energy solutions to clients. As more and more individuals, businesses and public sector bodies want to switch to renewable energy – for both practical and ethical reasons – we believe there is a gap in the market for a company with the right skillset. We believe ASW-Lloyd Energy Services can fill that gap.”

Julian Lloyd added:

“This is a time of great change in terms of energy solutions and we believe this is the right time to launch a new company able to deliver on clients’ expectations and needs. We put customer service at the heart of our offering, and we look forward to starting work on some very exciting projects across Wales.”
